We are passionate about closing the Gender Health Gap by using technology and innovation.
Maaike Steinebach
Maaike is an entrepreneur, board member, public speaker, change catalyst and former C-suite executive based in Hong Kong, with 20 years of business leadership in financial services and technology in Asia. She is the former CEO of Visa in Hong Kong and founded boutique advisory and investment firm Femtech Future in 2023. She is an award winning global femtech expert and thought leader and founder of the podcast Femtech At Work
Sophie van-Dijk
Sophie is an entrepreneur, investor, and non-executive director with a focus on medical technology and women's health. She serves on several technology and startup advisory boards, supporting innovation and growth across the health and tech sectors. Sophie holds an INSEAD Executive MBA and brings over a decade of global commercial experience from her time at Shell, where she held leadership roles across Iraq, Dubai, Nigeria, and Kazakhstan.
